APEX Technology ONE by APEX Technology is a new-generation protective coating that combines CNT nanotechnology with ceramic components for up to 18 months of protection. Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation
Thoroughly wash the vehicle using APEX Technology Reset Shampoo.
Perform complete decontamination (remove tar, iron particles, and resin).
Carry out paint correction to eliminate micro-scratches and oxidation, ensuring a perfectly clean and smooth surface for optimal coating adhesion.
Immediately before application, wipe the surface with APEX Technology Prime+Prep to degrease and remove any residues.
The surface must be clean, dry, and cool to the touch.
- Coating Application
Shake the bottle well for at least 30 seconds before use to evenly distribute active components.
Apply 8–10 drops of coating onto the APEX Technology microfiber applicator.
Spread the product evenly in a cross-hatch pattern (horizontal and vertical motions) over sections of approximately 40 × 40 cm.
The coating can also be applied to wheels, plastic, rubber, PPF film, glass, and headlights.
- Leveling
After 1–2 minutes, gently wipe the surface with a soft, short-fiber microfiber towel.
For a perfect finish, use a second, dry microfiber towel to remove any remaining residue and achieve a flawless, streak-free gloss.
Work panel by panel for best consistency and control.
- Curing
After application, allow the vehicle to remain stationary for at least 12 hours, avoiding any contact with water, rain, or chemicals.
Full curing occurs after 24 hours.
For the first 5–7 days, avoid washing; if necessary, rinse only with clean demineralized water.
To extend coating durability and restore hydrophobicity, regularly wash with APEX Technology Reset Shampoo and periodically refresh using APEX ReAct as a “top-up” product.
Warnings
Do not apply on hot surfaces or under direct sunlight.
Do not allow the coating to dry on the surface without leveling.
Recommended application conditions: 8–35 °C, relative humidity 30–80%.
