APEX Technology ULTRA is the ultimate accredited coating, developed exclusively for certified applicators. As the most advanced product in the APEX line, ULTRA combines nanodiamonds, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT), Reduced Graphene Oxide (RGO), and a next-generation siloxane-urethane matrix into a multi-phase nanocomposite structure with unmatched protective and visual properties.
- Self-healing matrix – structural memory effect; micro-scratches partially close at >50 °C, restoring surface smoothness.
- Maximum UV protection – advanced optical filters absorb and scatter UV radiation, preserving coating, paint, and pigments.
- Thermal adaptability – stable from –40 °C to +350 °C, without cracking or loss of flexibility.
- Nanodiamond hardness – 10H resistance, extreme smoothness, and abrasion protection.
- MWCNT reinforcement – superior tensile strength, antistatic properties, and energy dissipation under impacts.
- RGO graphene integration – enhanced UV resistance, pH 3–12 chemical stability, stronger adhesion, conductivity, and internal durability.
- Visual enhancement – liquid-glass gloss and deep color saturation.
- Superhydrophobic effect – water contact angle >160°, self-cleaning, and reduced washing frequency.
- Certified longevity – up to 5 years or ≈70,000 km under optimal conditions, application restricted to accredited professionals.
Application Instructions
Important information before application
Shake the bottle well before use.
Apply indoors, in a dry and well-ventilated environment, protected from dust and moisture.
Ideal conditions: 15–25 °C, relative humidity 40–70%.
The surface must not be hot to the touch or exposed to direct sunlight.
Store the coating in a cool, dark, and ventilated place.
APEX ULTRA is intended exclusively for accredited APEX Technology applicators.
- Surface Preparation
The surface must be fully prepared: washing, chemical and mechanical decontamination (tar remover, iron remover, clay bar).
Polishing is mandatory before application, as ULTRA locks the current state of the surface – any scratches or oxidation will remain visible.
After polishing, use APEX Technology Prime + Prep for complete degreasing and preparation.
The surface must be dry, clean, and cool to the touch.
After polishing, use APEX Technology Prime + Prep – a specialized degreaser and cleaner that removes oil residues from polishing compounds and prepares the surface for optimal bonding.
The surface must be dry, dust-free, and cool to the touch.
- Coating Application
Apply 8–10 drops of coating onto the supplied applicator.
Work in small sections (approx. 50 × 50 cm), using cross-hatch movements (horizontal and vertical).
Apply even pressure and ensure complete surface coverage.
- Reaction Time
Reaction time depends on temperature and humidity (typically 60–120 seconds).
When the coating begins to form a light satin haze, it is ready for wiping.
- Wiping and Leveling
First, wipe the surface with a short-pile microfiber towel (Pearl type) to remove the initial layer of coating and any streaks.
Then use a clean, long-pile microfiber towel (min. 400 GSM) for final leveling and a flawless finish.
This ensures there are no “high spots” or coating residues left behind, which would otherwise cure permanently.
- Curing Time
After application, keep the vehicle stationary for 6–8 hours, free from water, dust, and chemicals.
Full curing occurs after 5–7 days. During this period, do not wash the vehicle or apply additional protection.
The coating features a structural memory effect – micro-scratches partially regenerate when exposed to heat above 50 °C (e.g., sunlight, warm water).
- Consumption and Layers
Recommended consumption: 8–12 mL/m² (depending on the surface).
Typically, 1 layer is sufficient. Additional layers (2–3) increase the structural memory effect, thickness, hydrophobicity, and visual enhancement.
Wait at least 1 hour between layers.
Coating maintenance
Regular washing: every 2 weeks using APEX Technology Reset Shampoo (pH 4–5).
Quick refresh: use APEX Lime Life CNT QD as needed.
Annual renewal: once per year, apply APEX ReAct to reactivate the protective layer and restore water beading.
Always dry surfaces with a soft microfiber towel – never allow them to air dry.
Remove contaminants (insects, bird droppings, tree sap) immediately.
Avoid aggressive alkaline cleaners (pH >12) and strong acids (pH <3).
